Washington, Oct 22.- ín orJer to expedite matters, Justice Harían, of the United States Snpreme Court, refused yes terday to consider the application for awri of error in the Chicago Anarchist case alone but directed counsel to bring the matter be fore the entire bench. The applíc líion was therefore made in open court by Genera Pryor, who stated the points upon which he relied to show that the case involved Federal questions. The court directed Mr. Pryor to have printed at once the parts of the recor which reprepented these questions, anc haTe the printed copies ready for snbmis sion to the court as Boon as possible. Furth er directions, if necessary, would be given on Monday next The Chief Justice intimatei very plainly tbat the court would conside only one poiut, and that was the constitu tionality of the law under which the An arcbists were convicted.
