! Ashland, O., Oct. 31.- W. H. Reynolds, editor of the 'Jimes, was shot and killed Saturday ïnorning by James Mason, brother of C. D. Mason, of Ashland, who has a libel suit against Keynolds. Reynolds was collecting evldence in the case, when he met Mason, and an altercation ensued, endin by his beinfr shot. Mason was arrested.
