The parties having in charge the matter of getting out an injunction against the supervisors to restrain them from collecting the $5,000 "booming" fund in this city, are nut dead. They are only sleeping and claim that the injunclion will be served by the time the supervisors turn their books over to the city Irea9urer. They further claim that there is not the least doubt that the injunction will be granted and sustained, and that the fund will not be rnised. On Monday evening the common council voted to reduce the amount to $2.500.
