Small Change Scarce

Chicago, Nov. 30 -The shortage oí small coln is causing no little annoyance to the retaü business men of the city, ancltheir requesta for relief have been pouring in on the Bub-treasury. The holiday trade, which will Boon begin, will find them, they fear, unable to uninterruptedly transact business. Complaints of a scarcity of small coins are even more numerous in Boston and New York than in Chicago.
