London, Nov. 26.- A di8patch from Palermo Btates that the steamer Vlandeern, trading between Antwerp and the weutern coast of África, had been in collision with the English steainer Bellona, trading in Mediterranean porte, and that forty passengers ol the latter were drowned. Lomdon, Nov. 26.- Advices received here state that two local Iiussian steamers - the Sineue and Vista - came into collision oft tho Crlmean coaet Wednesday, and that the Vista was sunk and thirty-five of her crew drowned.
