December Term Of Circuit Court

Twelve good and true gentlemen came from their several homes in Washtenaw county on Wednesday n obedience to a summons to sit as jurors in the Decej-ber term of tbe circuit court, but were disoharged by Judge Joslyn at 10:30 a. m., aod went home without having time to get, well acquainted with the county clerk, much to that genial gentleman's regret. There were 32 cases on the calendar, a large number of whioh were jury cases, but no one seems anxious to engage in the fray at this term. The next regular term is in March when Judge elect Kinne will lay down the law to all concerned.
