Hale vs. Celestino Ferguson, the plaintiffsecured a judgment of six cents without osts to either party. Iu the case of Dake va. Nolier, the complaiuant was granted ;525 without costs. Mary E. Mailett, of Lnn Arbor, was on Dec 20 granted a divorce from Chas. Marlett. Oq Tuesday udge Joslyn ordered that the case of i'armers' and Mechanica' bank vs. John Ceck and Wm. Aprill be tranaferred to livingston county.
