On Dec. 23, the committee in Cleveland charged with investigating the character of Rev. T. F. Hildreth, of the Lorain M. E. cburch, returned a verdict of not guilty. Rev. R. B. Pope, of the First AI. E. church of Cleveland, and formerly in Ann Arbor, was the accuser.
