Dr. St. John Discharged

Chicago, Dea 23.- In the case ol Dr. Leonard St. John and his alleged co-conepirators, on trial in this city for aiding the escape of Boodier McGarigle, the jury, under the instruotiona of Judge Collins, yesterday brought in a verdict of " not jfoilty," the charges not fcaving been proven.
