Dubuque, Ja., Jon. .-The coronersjury in the Waverly tragedy rendered a verdict to the efEect that W. S. Kingsley came to his death by means of a wound infiicted by a pistol ball shot and dischorffed from a pistol held in the hands of M. E. Billings. which instantly killed said W. S. King-sley, and that said Jsilling was deliberately, premeditatedly, felonlously, and of malice aforethought, done by said M. E. Billinga The verdict was unanimous.
