From Penitentiary To Jail

Chicago, Jan. 18. - William J. Gallagher was released from the Joliet penitentiary Sunday, and is now in custody at Pinkerton's agency on the charge oí forgery Ín Penneylvania that was pending against him at the time of his eentence for complioity ín the Eighteenth Ward election frauda.
