Minor; Secretary of State, J. F. Patty; State Treasurer, AndrewHero; State Auditor, James Foreythe; AttorneyGeneral, General W. G. Wyley; Superintendent oí Education. B. F. Flanders. Isdianapolis, Ind, Dec. 28.- Arrangements are being made in this city for a meeting of represen ta ti ves f rom all the Democratie clubs in the United States, to be held here late in March or early in April, to form a Mational club organization. The preliminary arrangements are in charge of the Hendricks club. Jackson, Mis?., Jan. 27. - A bilí passed the House Wednesday providing for the pensioning of disabled Confedérate soldlers who are unable to work, and for the colored Bervants of the same who are similarly situated. Albanï, N. Y., Jan. 27- The Democratie State Committee of New ïork met here yesterday, but adjourned without making a choice for member of the National Committee. Boewell P. Flower and Henry J. Mowry each received seventeen votes. Ishpemtno, Mich., Jan. 27- On the 116th ballot yesterday the Republicans of the Bleventh Michigan Congressional district nominated Henry W. Sevmour, of Sault Ste. Marie, to succeed the late Seth G Moffatt Maüqüette, Mich., Jan. 28. -The Democratie Congreesional convention for the Eleventh district, of Michigan met here Thursday and after a short and harmonious session nominated Bartly Breen, of Menominee, for member of Congress to eucceed the late Seth C. Moffatt Breen has already received the Labor party nomination. The Prohibitionists of the Eleventh district of Michigan met in convention at Ishpemtng Thursday and nominated 8. 8. Steele, of Schoolcraft County, as their candidate for Congresa New York, Jan. 28.- A National antiBaloon conference will be held in thie city April 18 and 19 next. Jackson. Miss.. Jan. 28.- The Senate terday failed to pass the Constitutional Convention bilí over the Governor's veto. Minneapolis, Minn. , Jan. 31. - A. T. Ankeny, a leading member of the State Central Democratie Committee, said yesterday in an interview that A. A. Ames, present mayor of the city, who made such a brilliant run íor the Governorship of Minnesot lastyear, stoodan excellent chance oí being named íor the Vice-Presidency on the ticket with Cleveland. New Orleans, Jan. 31.- The Times-Democrat publishes an interview with ex-Governor Warmouth, in which he says that he has decided to accept the Rpublican nomination íor Governor. Albaut, N.Y.Feb. 1.- A bilí was introduced in both houses of the Legislatura Monday night making the formation oí "trusts" conspiracy under the laws of this State. IiiTTLE Rock, Ark., Feb. 1.- The Ttepublicans wili meet in State convention at Little Rock on the lOth of April to choose delegates to the National ;itepublican convention in Chicago. Madison, Wís., Feb. 1.- The State Supieme Court has decided' that the Legislature of 18S5 extended to women the right to vote on school matters only, and not at general eleotions.
