Cleveland, O., Fel). 1 - The limited express, weetward bound, on ihe Pan-Handle railroad ran into an open switch at Urbana, O., late yesterday afternooD and collided with a switch engine. I3oth engines were badly daroaged. Frank Brown, engineer, and Charles M. Alhand of the passenger locomotive, were fatally injured,and Frank Bhade, roadmaster, was killed.
