Teacher And Pupils Died Together

Mandas, D. T., Jan. 30.- The remains of Schoolteacher George Patrick have been sent to Peosta, uear Dubuque, la., where his mother and Bister live. Patrick and five pupils ware caught in a school-house out on the prairie when the last bllzzard raffed. It was daath to leave the frail building, and tor three days and nijrhts they suffered frora cold nd huneer. The brave man broke up the desks and floors for iuel, but when a rescuing party reached the Bchool-honse they f ound that teacher and pupils had died together.
