Hundreds Of Houses Burned

San Francisco, Feb. 4.- The following has been received írom China by the steamer Belgic: A flre at Foochow destroyed over 400 hoases. The heaviest single loes was $40,000. Fifteen hundred houses were destroyed by a flre whlch orifrinated in a church at Matenmato, China
