OWAPWALLOPEN.Pa., Poli 11.- An explosión in the Dupont powder works here yesterday blew tour men to pieces and woundd forty others, a dozen of whom are not expecced to recover. Nearly every building in the place was wreokod, and for miles around tbe effect of the detonaüon was feit Chimneys feil from houses at Nantlcoke and Wanamlc, and children ran shriekingf from the school buildings. Almost every window in Shicksheiiny wan smashed, and citizens were thrown to the sround by the shock.
