Yallejo, Cal, Feb. 28.- A disastrous explosión occurred yesterday inorning at Soath Vallejo on the íerry steamer Julia, plying between South Vallejo ani Yallejo Station. The steamer was about to lcave her mooringa a few minutes after 6 o'cloek, and had about sixty persona on board, rnany of whoin were going acrosa the strait to work in the luniber yarda, when the boiler exploded, between twenty and thirty persous and wonnrtinjf over twenty others.
