HARRIMAN, Judge of 'róbate. In the matter of the estáte ot Byron V. Oeeyer, deceased. Onreadingandfiling a petition, duly verified, of Jennie E. Cheever, praying that a certain intrument now on file in this court, purporting to )e the last will and testament of said deceased. may be admitted to probate, and that she may be appointed executrix thereof.
