A Set-back For Chicago

SpRiN-oriELD, 111., March 17.- The State Supreme t'ourt has decided the act ol the Leeislature to be nnconstitutional under which several snburban villages were annexed to Chicago. EmbarraBsments alraost without end will arise in consequence of this decisión. All that has been done aa regards tbe redtstricting of the city and the addition of new warde goes for nothing, and the registration for the spring elections is completely millified.
