Louisvillk. Ky. , Murch 21. - James W. Tate, popularly known as "honest old Dick Tate," who has been Treasurer since 1876, hae fled, leavinj; a shortage of $200,000. His bond of 4000,000 issaid to be well covered. A universal favoriie and widely known, the dovvufall of Tate causes a tremendous sensation. A resolution has been joresented in the Legislature offering a reward of $5,000 for his arrest
