Chicago's New Cable Line

Chicago, March 26.- The North-side cable line work upon which was commenced in September, 1886, was formally opened to the public yesterday. The system has cost up ward of $4, 000, 000. There ara fourteen miles of cable, run by five 2,000horse-power engines. The cara wül rail seven and one-halí miles an hour.
