Washington, March 29. -The remains of the late Justice Walte were removed from the fmily residence to the Capítol at 11:30 o'dock yeaterday morning', where the funeral services were conducted. The President and his Cabinet, the Supreme Ourt Justlces, General Sheridan, members oí the Diplomatic corps and many other diatin(fniahed persons were present. Bishop Parot, of the Episcopal church, read the biirial service, at the conclusión of whlch the casket was borne from the chamber. The funsral train started for Toledo, O., at 2 o'clock. Toledo, O., March 30. -The remains of the late CUief-Jnstice Waite reached thli city yesterday foronoon accompanied by the official escorta from Washington, and alter funeral iservices in Trinity Church were taken to Forest Cemetery for interment
