Washington, April 3. -In the oase ol Hugh M. Brooks, alia Maxwell, who butohered Preller at 8t Louis, the United States Supreme Court yesterday made an prder denying the motion f or a rehearing of the case; and unless the Governor of Missouri now interferes, the prisoner will be hanged.
