D. F. Allmendinger's organ worka hare been turning out from 80 to 100 organs per year; but the proprietor's reputation has been increasing go fast that orders have been pouring in upon him which he could not fill. This bas led to the organization of the above-named company with a capital stook of $25,000. Tuesday evening, officers of the company, as follows, were elected : President, Frederick Schmid ; vice president, Herman Huteel ; treasurer and secretary, Fred. H. Beher ; superintendent of the works, D. F. A11-' mendinger. Directors had Dreviouslv been elected as follows, including the officers : G. Frank Allmendinger, D. F. Allmendinger, Joseph Greve, and Gottlob Luick. The stockholders, besides the gentlemen already mentioned, are Gustave Brehm, Titus Hutzel, Dr. Kapp, Justice Frueauff, and Henry Mann. The company intends to more than doublé the present output at th organ works. Mr. Allmendinger's present organ slant will be utilized, and in GO daya they lope to erect a brick building in addition, 32x40, and four stories high. They will ïave a 30-horse power engine. G. F. Allmendinger went to Oundee yesterday to see about buying brick for he new building.
