Fhiladelphia, April ld-While the New ïork and Washington expresa, south bound, was passing over the elevated road ol the Pennsylvania railroad shortly before 3:30 Sunday morning it collided with a heavy passenger locomotiva at Thlrtieth street The expresa train congisted of a baggage-car and ten coaches, mcludinï two vestibule cars. Fourcarswere badly smashed and toppled over on their sidea No one was killed, but eignteen persons were badly hurt.
