Indianapolis, Ind,, April IS.- Asyndicate of a dozen Chioago capitalisls, organizedby Mr. J. C. SlKiffer, of Kichmond, Ind., formerly of th:s city, has pmohased the property of the Citizena' Street Eailway Company ot Indtanapoiis, Ind., for a consideration, itis said, of over $1,000,000, and will take poseession at once.
