St. Louis. April lit.- Moses Fraley, the " bear " grain operator in this city, closed hie deals yesterday, losing abont $600,000. He was short 4,500,000 bushels of corn and 3,500,000 bus bels of wheat Itlssaid that before this deal Fraley was worth $700,000.
