Indianapolis, Ind., May 2. - Artieles of; incorporation were filed Monday with tha Secretary of State for the American Midland Railroad Company, the Indiana División of which is to extend from the Ohio to( the Illinois State line, passing through. with branches the counties of Allen, Whiteley, Kosciusko, Wabash, Fulton, Pulaski, Jasper, Newton, Cass, White, Carroll, Benton, Tipton, Warren, Stark, La Porte, Porter and Lake. The capital stock is $800,000.
