New Railroad In Indiana

Indiaxai'Olis, Ind., May 8.- Artieles of incorporation were tiled Monday with the Secretary of State for the American Midland Railroad Company, the Indiana División of which is to extend f rom the Ohio to the Illinois State line, passing through with branches the counties of Allen, Whiteley, Kosciusko, Wabash, Fulton, Pulaski, Jasper, Newton, Cass, White, Carroll, Benton, Tipton, Warren, Stark, La Porte, Porter and Lake. The capital stock is $800,000.
