Death Of Charles Lyman

Washington, May 5.- Charles Lyman, for twenty-suven years in charge of the dead-lettcr office of the Post-offico Department, died Thursday evening at the age of 80. Whan he first became connectod with the office himsolf and one clerk were able to transact all the business.
