Mr. Thomas has worked in several of the eastern studio?, and much of hiB work is in the homes of prominent families of New York city. The firm doesexclusively portrait work. Their prices are from fifteen to twenty five per cent lower than those of other Brms that do work which in any. way c )mpares with theirs in quality. The work itself proves ita superiority. No average library oontains all in the way of political history and politbal economy that can be found in the famous Political Cyclopedia. Besides containing the beat thought of the great living autnors on such subjects, it has a fine system of cross references which is a great aid to the student.
