Captured At Last

Muscotah, Kan., May 15. - TVilliam Badger was arrested here yesterday after having been a íugitive from justice for twenty-flve years. ín 1858 he vvas appointed Indian agent by President Buchanan, resigning in IStS. when the Government, llnding his accounts incorrect, brought suit and obtained judgment for $27,000. Badger disappeared and was supposed to be dead. He is 78 years old.
