Great Fall, Aiont. JNewsor tne opening of the Black Feet Reserv&tion is awaited impatiently here and throughout Northern Montana. A large number of persons have gone to the reservation to lócate ranches, mines and town site. The desirable valleys are fairly covered with tents, the greatest rush apparently beino; to the Big Sandy, the famous hay grounds. Soldiers, as well as oivilians are on the grounds, and when news come9 that the bill is signed, there is likely to be a rush. Bullhock Valley, beyond Fort ABsiniboine, is all staked ofif, and the tents oL the squatter may be seen all along the valley of the Milk River. There is a silver lode in the Bear Paw Mountains that was located sevoral years ago. It is understood that several parties are on hand watohing to lócate this mine as well as to prospect for others.-
