May lñ.- Ice formed here Sunday eVening. and considerable damage was done to trults and cropsby the frost. HlLLSBOKO, 111.. May 15. - There was a heavy frost in this section Sunclay night, and it is feared that the fruit erop has been seriously damaged. Boom:. Ia.. May 15. - The fruit in bloom was seriously hurt by a very sharp frost yesterday morning. LoGAXspoiir. Ind.. May 15.- The weather has been raw and chiily sinee last Saturday. Most of the time the wind has blovvü' a gale from the Northwest. Saturday night there was a slight frost in this eounty, and Monday morning a very slight snow fal . So far the fruit erop is all right, and the prospecta for a good erop have uot been bet ter in fifteen years. Detroit. Mich., May 15.- Snow feil at Marquette Monday but it melted almost as soon as it reached the earth. Snow also feil at Gladstone, Grand Haven, East Tawas and Alpena. and cold weather preyails in the fruit belt.
