Unconstitutional

Lansing, Mich., May 19. -THe, Local-Option law, which has been adopted by over forty counties, was knocked out by a unanimous decisión of the Supreme Courtyesterday morning, on the ground that the act was entitled "to regúlate," while it really meant prohibition, and therefore conflicted with the constitution.
