Dublin, May 21.- At an immense meeting I in this city yesterday to take action on the resolutions adopted by the Irish Catholic members of Parliament with referenco to the recent papal reseript, Messrs. Dillon, I O'Brien and other Parnellites made I speeches, in whlch they declaied that the Irish would neither submit or bow to Rome.
