STATE OF MICHIGAN, ( _ CODKTY OF WASHTKHAW, SU Ata seasion of the Probate Court for the County of Wuhtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the nlath day of May, in the year one thousand elght hundred and eighty-eiKht. Present, WILLIAM D. HARRIMAN, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte ot Grant T. Perry, deceased. Ou reading and filing the petltion, duly verified, of Harriet L. Perry, praying that administra tion of said estáte maybe granted to Comstcck F. Hill, or eoine other Miitable peraon. Thereuprm it te ordertd, That Monday, the fourth day of June next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition. and that the helrs at law orsaid deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, thento be holden at the Probate Office, In the City of Ann Arbor. and Ehow cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitloner should not be granted : And it is further ordered, that said petitlorer give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causiug a copy of this order to be published In the Ann Arbor Registe, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to aaid day of hearing.
