PiTTSBURGn, Pa., June 5. - At a meeting oí the Trades Assembly of Western Pennsylvania, representing 60,000 organized workmen, Saturday night, resolutions were unanimously adopted condemning the Mills bill and all its advocates, and condemning Congressman Scott, of Erie, as an enemy of labor, as a dangerous person to the welfaie of society and the industrial progress of America, and as a bitter enemy of organized labor.
