Coxstantixople, June 1. - The negotiations between Turkey and America in regard to the tariff have not been resumed. Mr. Strauss has been instructed to accept every thing done by the more interested powers and to endeavor to obtain modiflcations in the import duties on articles of special interest to America. Mr. Strauss will proceed to New York in July.
