State op Michigan, County of WashU naw, es : Ata session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office In the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the twenty-flrst day of May, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eignty-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Nelson Brundage deceased. On reading and filing the petition duly verified, of Ann Brundage, praying that administration of said estáte muy be granted to Freeman P. Galpin, or ome other suitable person. Thereupon it is OTdered, that Monday, the 18th day of June next. at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heire at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be gramed. And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give nottce to the persons Interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this Order to be published in the Ann Arbor Registeb, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three successlve weeks prevlous to said day of hearing. Default haying been made in the conditions of a ceitain Mortgage upon the premlses hereinafter deseribed, executed by Jonaa Young and Rosetta Young, hts wife, to Joseph J. Ellis, now deceased, bearing date November 13th, 1882, and recorded in the office of the Register of, Peeds for Washtenaw Countr. Michigan, December 4th, 1882, in Liber 63 of Mortgages. on page 41, and also recorded in the office of the Pegister of Deeds for Livingston County, Michigan, December 6th, 182, in Liber 38 of Mortgages, on page 021,by which default the power of sale contalned in aid Mortgage became operative, and no suit or proceedings in law or equity having been instituted to recover the debt fecured by said Mortgage or any part thereof, and the sum of twelve hundred "and twenty dollars ($122(1.00) being now claimed to be dueupon said Mortgage, and whereas default bas been made in the conditions of a certain other Mortgage upon thepremises herelnafter described, excuted by Jonas Young and Rosetta Young, hls wife, to Samuel 8. Elli. bearing date April 28th, 1879, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Washtenaw County, Michigan, May 5th, 1879, in Liber 58, of Mortgages, on page 16, and also recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Livingston County, Michigan, in Liber 4lJ of Mortgages, pages 116 and 117, airl said last sbove mentioned Mortgage was assigned by said Samuel S. Ellis to Josoph j. Ellis, by deed of assignment dated September 4th, 1880, and recorded in said Register's office, in Washtei aw County, in Liber 59 of Mortgages, on page 150, and also recorded in said Register's office, in Livingston County, in Liber 55 ofMortgages. on page 413, by which default the power of sale cantained In said Mortgage became operative, and no suit or proceedmg in law or equity having been instituted to recover the debt secured by said Mortgage or any part thereof, and the sum of twenty-nlne hundred and twenrytwo and 49-100 dollars (12922.49) being now claimed to be due upon said Mortgage : Notice is therefore hereby given that said two Mortgages will be loreclosed by a sale of the Mortgaged premisses therein detcribed or some part therefo, to wit: All of the following described land situted In the Township of Putnam, County of Livingston, and in the Township of Dexter, County of Washtenaw, in the State 'f Michigan, vlz., the South-West quarter (S. W. y.) of Section No. Thirty-six (36j, and the West quarter of the North-East quarter of Section No. Thirtysix (86), in Township Mo.One (1) North, in Range No.Four (4) East, in the township of Putnam, In said County of Livingston; lso the North-East fractional quarter, of Section No. Two (2 in Township No. One (lSouth, in Range No. Four (4) East, in the Township of Dexter, in said County of Washtenaw, at public vendue, on the Eleventh day of August next, at noon, at the Huron street entrance to the Court House, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County of Washtenaw, tbat being the place of holding the Circuit Court in said County.
