John Wuerthner were presented to tne council last Tuesday evening, but as the gureties all lived ontside the village, they were deemed N. G.- Manchester Enterprise. The Ann Arbor Argus has not vet eorrected its report of the comaion council meeting at which the mayor voted with the majority to accept the liquor bond of August Herz. That bond oontained the name of a man as surety, who does not live in Ann Arbor city. It was publuly admitted on the floor of the council that he was a non-resident, and the city attorney plainly told the council that the bond was N. G. The Argus didn't teil its readers the facts, and afterwards denied any violation of !aw. ______ - -
