Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Nelson Brundage, deeeased. On reading and filing the petition duly verifled. of Ann Brundage, praying that administration of said estáte may be granted to Freeman P. Galpin, or fome other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 18th day of June next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned for the hearing of eaid petition, and that the heirs at law of said deeeased, and all other persons interested in said eBtate, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, whj the prayer of the petitioner shonld not be granted. Default haying been made in the conditions of a certain Mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described, executed by Jonas Young and Rosetta Young, his wife, to Joseph J. Ellis, now deeeased, hearing date November 13th. 1882, and recorded in the office of the Register of Peeds for Washtenaw County. Michigan, December 4th, l&ö, in Liber 63 of Mortgages, on page 41, and also recorded in the office of the Pegister of Deeds for Livingston County, Michigan, December 6th, leS2, in Liber 38 of.Mortgages, on page 621,by which default the power of sale contained in taid Mortgage became operative, and no suit or proceedings in law or equity haring been instituted to recover the debt secured by said Mortgage or any Dart thereof, and the sum of twelre hundred "and twenty dollars (Í1220.00) being now claimed to be due upon said Mortgage, and whereas default has been made in the conditions of a certain other Mortgage upon thepremises hereinafter described, excuted by Jonas Young and Rosetta Young. his wife, to Samuel S. Ellis, bearing date April 28th, 1879, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Washtenaw County, Michigan, May 5th, 1879, in Liber 58, of Mortgages, on page 16, and also recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Livingston County, Michigan, in Liber 4!' of Mortgages, pages 118 and 117, and said last ebove mentioned Mortgage was assigned by said Samuel S. Ellis to Josoph J. Ellis, by deed of assignment dated September 4th,1880, and recorded in said Register's office, in Washtenaw County, in Liber 59 of Mortgages, on page 150, and also recorded in said Register's office, in Livingston County, in Liber 55 of Mortgages. on page 413, by which default the power of sale cautained in said Mortgage became operative, and no suit or proceeding in law or equii y having been instituted to recover the debt securt'd by said Mortgage or anv part thereof, and the 6um of twenty-nii.e hundred and twentytwo and 49-100 dollars (12922.49) being now claimed to be due upon said Mortgage : Notiee is therefore hereby given that said two Mortgages wiJl be foreclosed by a sale of the Mortgaged premisses therein def cribed or some part therefo, to wit: All of the following described land situated in the Township of Putnam, County of Livingston, and in the Township of Dexter, County of W'ashtenaw, in the State "f Michigan, viz., the West quarter (S.
