The Paris Exposition

New Yokk, July 17.- General William B. Franklin and Mr. Somerville Y. Tuck have qualified as general commissioner and assistant commissioner general, respectively, to represent the United States at the Paria exhibition next year, and have opened an oflice at No. 35 Wall street, in this city.
