KiSGSTON, Ont., July 18.- The farmers in this section are sufteriug from drought. There is no pasturage. Barley and wheat are not worth harvesting, while hay is an ntter íailure. Cattle are starving. Hay is imported at 120 a ton. Cattle are being old at from $4 to f 10 a hcad. Farmers are so much in debt that many farms will have to be sacriíiced.
