Maiuetta, O., July 21.- The íifth and lasí day of the Jïational centennial of the origin of civil government in the West was devoted to Ohio. A pretty incident ol the morning was the informal presentation to Mrs. Foraker of a costly gold centennial medal by the commissioners from all the other States represented here. The medal has on it the medallion of St Clair, the first Governor of the Territory, and of Governor Foraker. Gov ernor Foraker presided at the meeting and Senator Sherman was the orator of the day.
