Ellexsburo, W. T., July 25.- Firo destroyed the coal-mining town of Roslyn, twenty-eight miles from Ellensburg, rendering the entire population of 1,500 homeless. The wind was blowing at the time and the town, being without tire apparatus, was laid in ashes. Nothing was saved. Relief was sent from Ellensburg, and provisiĆ³n and clothing were sent, About 250 houses were burned, nothing being left but tho coal company's office and the depot. Thero was no insurance. Loss, $500,000.
