Robert Morris Dead
LonsTiLLE, Ky., Aug. 1.- Dr. Robert Morris died Tuesday morning at his home at La Grange, from paralysis. Dr. Morris was 70 years oíd and a native of Mississippi. He was the poet lauréate oí Masonry, and the most distinguished Mason in the world. He was a past grand master and the author oí nearly 100 Masonic works and poems. In 1884 he was sent to the Holy Land by the Masons to explore its origin, and spent eightcen months there. He was a Presbyterian minister, but oí late years had devoted himsell to exclusive Masonic work. He was married and leavcs several children.
