The State Teachers' Insütu'.e for Washtenaw couiity will be held at Tpsilanti at the High school buiding, commencing at 10 o'clock, a. m., llonday, Aug. 13, and closiDg at 4 p. m. Aug. 17. Prof. Austin George will couduct it and algo give instruction d primary reading and manngement of reading classes. Miss J. A. King of the Normal school will give instruction on the best methods of teaching his(ory and civil government. Prof. Humphrey, of Wayland, will also assist. E. C.
