The Retaliation Bill

Washington, Sept. 11.- At 5:üO p. m. on Saturday the Ketaliation bilí was brought to a vote in the House, the result being its adoption by a vote of 174 to 4. The negative votes were cast by Messrs. Bayne (Pa.), Dalzell (Pa.) Lind (Minn.) and White (N. Y.).
