Mortgage Sale. Defaulthaving been made in the conditlona of a Mortgage executod by Jeflërson Lewis and Rachel Lewis, his wife, to Adelia C. Cheever bearinir date October 21, 1886, and recorded in the office of the Register of Peeds for Washtenaw Count, Michigan, October 21,1886, in I4ber67 of Mortgages, on page 102, which Mortgage was assi(nod by taid Adelia C. Cheever to Le Roy C Noble by deed of assignment. dated December 6 18X7, and recorded iii sald Pegister's office, in Líber 9. of assignments of mortgages, on page 393. by which default the power of sale contained in said Mortgage became operative, and no euit or proceedtng in law orequity having been instituted to recover the debt feeured by sald Morlgage or any part thereof, and the sum of two hundred and thirtythree and 50-1Ü0 dollars (8233.50) being now claimed to be due upon said Mortgage. Notice is therefore hereby given that said Mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the Mortgaged premises therein decribd or some part thereof, to wit: All the following described land situated in the City of Ann Arbor, Mii higan, viz: Lot No. Three in Bleek No. Five North of Hu ron Street in Range No. Fourteen East aeiording to the recorded plat of the Eastern Addition tosaid city, at public vendue on the Sixteenth day of November next, at ten o'elock in the forencoon, at the Hurun street entrance to the Court House, in ihe City of Ann Arror in aid County of Washtenaw, that being the place of holding the Circuit Court in said County.
